Dr. Tyffani Palmer

Beginnings
Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Dr. Tyffani knew from a young age she wanted to work in healthcare. She attended college at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Fl. While there, she found a dentist to mentor her and joined the local pre-dental society. She fully immersed herself in the field of dentistry during her college years.
Dental School
She went on to complete her advanced dental training at Howard University where she participated in various organizations like the American Student Dental Association and the Student National Dental Association.
Specializing in Pediatrics
After dental school, Dr. Tyffani joined National Health Service Corps where she worked in the underserved area of Laredo, TX as a general dentist at a community health center for four years. She loved connecting with children on a deeper level and decided to pursue specialty training in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Tyffani completed her specialty training through University of Texas San Antonio, Laredo Extension program.
Passion for Personalized Care
“I believe it is important to know my patients and little things that can make their visits better. I am available after hours for emergencies and I respond to texts and emails myself, even on weekends.”
Home Life
She loves spending time with her husband and their two daughters, and two dogs. She also enjoys Lord of the Rings, traveling, and reading fantasy books.
